Vanke Life Bazaar@Zhuanqiao,Shanghai
A strategic focus of Vanke’s Life Bazaar community malls is to create a mix-used destination which would suit the demographic of the surrounding businesses, population and visitors. Life Bazaar@Zhuan Qiao is a community mix-used project to identify art, fun, taste and work.
Arvenchi’s main concept being “earth village”, to create anartistic balance of work and fun living environment gathers families, children and day to day office workers. Arvenchi’s design philosophy insights highlight the importance of malls providing a diverse retail centre, offering customers the ability to complete multipurpose shopping trips, with an attractive wire mesh LED screen at the heart of the entrance, a water fountain created to attract family and kids and one of a kind bazaar market along the plaza walking street.
Life Bazaar@Zhuan Qiao project offer diverse F&B options, to ensure that a variety of cuisines are available to attract people for breakfast, lunch or dinner in addition to extending the dwell and spend within the mall for the line retail operators. This supports the strategy of community malls, where families can shop, eat and play.
The highlight of the project aims toward the “little earth village” at sunken plaza, where kids will enjoy the thrill of the tree house activities, multiple slides and swings. The rock climbing experience at the scenic elevator is especially design for those who like challenges.
